We have SonicWall (NS2650) Site 2 Site VPN. We have a Network Monitor on a remote site that grabs all traffic in the network. The same Netmon has a Management interface, the SIMS can only accept traffic on the Netmon interface subnet.

Ladies and gents, I am having a world of issues routing traffic from external Global VPN clients ( Dell Sonicwall) to our other external network connected via Site-To-Site VPN. I have added firewall rules and NAT rules, but to no avail. I cannot for the life of me figure out what I am doing wrong. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
I ran into this same exact issue. Using a NSA2650 locally and SOHOs off site. I spoke to Sonicwall support and was essentially told that I can only expect 25% of the slowest available speed using site to site VPN. Below is a quote from Sahil A at Sonicwall.
